Could be a 65 but not sure with these photos. The color is throwing me off.

Agree with IGE. Assuming good luster and the lighting is not hiding anything, then it looks like a solid 65 to me.

reverse solid 65. obverse is iffy but may go 65. MS64+

I just posted my 1898...take a look to see how it compares

I do not like the lighting, but I see no marks bad enough to keep it at MS-64.

MS-65 from these pictures.

I saw AU-58 at first with the hair details, but I think it's a very poorly struck MS64. The poor strike keeps it well out of 65 territory. Very "flat."

Boy, these photos show virtually no luster. Since there doesn't appear to be any wear (maybe a tiny bit of rub on Liberty's cap) I gotta wonder why no luster? Either the images completely fail to capture it or the coin has been dipped to the point that most of the luster has been stripped away. Which is it?

Maybe as high as MS-64 if luster is present. Otherwise, I'd guess MS Details, Cleaned.
