I have 1 $2 bill, and 1 $1 bill. The $2 bill has some red, and is from 1953(red logo). The $1 is from 1935(blue logo). Refer to pictures shown. Thanks for the help!

to the CCF!

That silver certificate is worth about $3, but its still a decent bill.
That $2 bill doesn't look too bad, and could be worth some money depending on the signatures (i only dabble in paper money, but an expert will be along soon to help!)

The second part of the serial number on the $2 bill has something going on with the numbers, some are up and some are down. Nothing big or anything, doesn't add to value from what I know about currency. I think it's only worth $5 or so avg. circulated.

The silver certificate is quite circulated, $3 max or so.

, Spitfire! and thanks for sharing your pics. I love these old notes!

SSK and CHD have summed things up perfectly. Unfortunately you're not going to get rich on these guys, but isn't it humbling to hold something as old as this in your hands? And think of what history the 53B note saw, let alone the 35E. What interesting stories contributed to their well-worn condition?

For a combined value of less than $10, I'd just keep them or gift them (or...spend them and possibly make someone's day). If you wish to turn a profit, it's just not worth your time to do anything else with them. Take them to your LCS and maybe get 2x face if you're lucky.

Good luck, and let us know what you decide to do.
