good evening my friends while looking at a roll of dimes I came across this it looks like an extra eye I mean the angle of the lines match up almost perfect lol that being said I'm guessing it is just PMD any ideas? thank you

Probably reeds from another coin making damage on the coins bust. (I see it in two places)
