Neither coin looks proof to me and they do not look like the same coin to me either. There is my Two Cents

Not the same coin, the one on the right has much more wear on the date and "LIBERTY" as well as the face.

Bigger and better pictures would help, as well as pics of the reverses. They look very similar to me. Coin photography is a tricky thing and the picture appear to have been taken under different conditions.

Indeterminable. Markers present in the left photo could be easily obscured by the harsh lighting in the right. The same harsh lighting can also reveals things not seen in the left.

The seller's name is proof-coin. There is no claim this coin is a proof.

I don't think anyone was saying it was a proof coin, just that the sellers name is proof-coin.

I'm going to say yes. The 1909 is spot on in both pictures, same color distortion.

I'm going to say, no... LIBERTY is a bit bigger and not as straight on the second coin, the B hangs down to me.

I don't think it is the same.... the piece of the thread on the right is not in the photo on the left... Sorry I'm kidding. I think they could be the same coin, but with the differences in lighting, it is almost impossible to tell.
