Almost felt foolish asking cause it so looked like PMD to me (mechanically sanded) then I noticed the impression of lincoln on reverse it's also concaved...toss it or what y'all think?

Looks like you have lots going on. The edge looks like its a Dryer Coin. Maybe all the other PMD was caused by the same dryer: sanding on both obverse and reverse, and bending the cent.

Looks like a Dryer Coin to me.Being concave may have been caused by the heat of the dryer.
