Are those 2 coins considered die cracks or is it just a scratch?

I think if they are lines that are raised, a die crack is possible. If those marks are recessed, I believe they are scratches.

The last coin makes me want to believe it's a giant Retained Cud based on the shape, extends on the rim, and the appearance of displacement on the "T" in "TRUST".
However, it's just a scratch since there is no rim displacement, and you can see the metal has been carved and pushed upward around the gash.
