Where? Where is their any sign of circulation? Original "short woody" surfaces. I can't see a speck of circulation. 63 RB if the photo color is accurate.

I was waiting for simeone to mention the scratch. But it is not a scratch. If you look closely, it is a hair. This is probably the reason why it sold for so little. I am 100% sure of this, so I can elaborate if you want.

I will be able to tell for sure in-hand, but I do think there is wear, but very little of it. Look at the luster breaks on either side of the 2 on the reverse.

I would have thought it was a raised die scratch or crack. It looks like a hair now that you mention it. That is SOME coin for the money and I love that wood grain look on these old copper pieces. What a great pick up. Congrats.
