Would this be called a double RIDB ? Looks it had a rough time at the mint.

You have a coin that has several die cracks. It does appear to have a chunk in th interior of the coin that has broken free and was retained when it struck your coin. My guess is that this was most likely the last coin this die struck. If it wasn't I would really like to see the next one. I bet it is a mess.

I just noticed there is a large skull crack on the obverse. Looks like both dies were in rough shape.
