Nice piece! That's a pretty tough date, too- Looks like an EF, maybe a bit better if that's some luster underneath

Thanks everybody. Grading this coin is way out of my skill set. Incidentally it was found in the foreign mix bucket, and picked it just for the condition, and only when I got it home I checked the mintage. Kinda makes up for all those I've had to take to the chem lab.
