I am not much good at putting a grade on Canadian coins, But that coin does have a lot of eye appeal

Beautiful lustre and great eye appeal. On those points, I'd say MS-63, but because it appears to have heavier than normal bag marks, especially on the obverse, I'd say MS-62.
