hello guys

so I finally sorted my old coins by country and I came across this girl again
i forgot I had this tucked away.
so I took out my Red Book deluxe and was trying to atribute it
but could not come to a final conclusion

i think I took most highlights of the coin in pictures, needed to attribute this beauty (eye of the beholder of course)

i first thought it was the BW-14,S-260,B19 but it may not be at all because the fraction bar is closer to the right and E ant T in liberty does not match the hairwaves

so my observations on the coin
so I already thinks its a small date with the 3 Nearly touching the drapery
1 thing I noticed on the Y of liberty the right lower serif in not complete.
E is just above the hairwave and the T partially over hair and head

other side of the coin

it has a large fraction bar closer to the right then to the left
there is an almost unnoticeable die crack from the fraction to the left side
and also an almost unnoticeable raised plateau/die crack starting tru the last S of States and OF going to the A of states, thats why the lower parts of the TES look more worn?

so these things did stand out
can some1 more knowledgeable run me tru to try and attribute it,many thanks in advance

edit
duh me I forgot the pics

I'm not going to tell you what it is because you can use the practice attributing, but I will give you a couple of clues.
For starters it's a small fraction not a large fraction.
Next note the position of the outer most leaf of the cluster by the O in OF.

That's not enough to nail it down exactly but it should narrow it down enough for you to identify it.

that is just what I needed

those two tips lead me to 3 possible candidates and those are
BW-3,S-NC-1,B-3 or BW-18,S-252,B-11 or BW-30,S-250,B-10

its not the first one because the highest outerright leave between E and S does not match the position.
so I looked at the next one and those leave positions matched then I took a look at LIB that is very close and then I looked closer in my book and saw a die crack that is on my coin too

between STATES and OF runs a crack, mine is't as noticable but its there.

so might I assume its the BW-18,S-252,B-11?

Yes S-252, but 250 and 252 both have the same rev die. Look at the position of the Junction of the Hair and Forehead (JHF) below the T, and the Highest wave of hair below the R.

On 250 the JHF is below the right foot of the T, on 252 it is below the center or slightly right of the center of the T.

On 250 the highest wave is below the right edge of the upright of the R. On 252 it is below the left foot of the R.

Thank you Conder you taught me a great deal.
it has a population between 750 - 1000 does that make it a Rarity 2 ?
I'm happy I got this out of the way so I can label it ,this was fun.
