Has anyone ever came across an error like this. It almost looks like the midvein in the leaves is turned sideways making it look like a spike.kinda cool and I thought I would share. My first post on coin community.

Interesting, it appears to be either two die gouges or one v-shaped gouge. Dies gouges with interesting placements(Speared Buffalo, Wisconsin Extra Leaf, etc) can carry a hefty premium but the majority of die gouges are worth a more modest amount. Nice find

Think this coin is worth getting slabbed. I need a 8th coin so I can send my other 7 coins for grading through the PCGS 8 free submissions so I was wanting to get the community's opinion if one needed a filler coin ( because unfortunately as I'm sure folks know that you have to use all 8 "free submissions" at one time even if you send in 1 you'll loose the other 7 submissions) would this be worthy of slabbing? I was hopeing if there were more than one of these it would be attributed to a variety and not an error which is additional 60 bucks to,get stabbed if I'm not mistaken.
Biokemist6- when the speared buffalo was found it would be interesting to know how the finder or how the coin got so much recognition.

Unless the coin is a value of $100+ I wouldn't get it slabbed. At this point it is just an interesting dime.
