Wow that is hilarious. I love the statement about polishing them again if asked to.

Fun to see these two types together. I have a few chocolate coins that seem to have the date side of the Indian Head dollar and the eagle side of the Washington Head dollar. Though, to be fair, their eagle is a lot cruder.

That's a good point Coinfusion. That would be horrible if someone actually did think it was real. You can report an item that is a replica and they should take down the listing.

I just smile kindly. The seller just doesn't know.
I would like to take him aside for a few minutes, for a gentle education. I will talk kindly to kids in situations like this, when they one come up.

I don't think he knows what he is doing seeing the other items he is selling. As far as I don't think he knows he's trying to sell a replica.
I don't want to seem racist but is it me or there something Asian about the features of the portrait of George Washington there. Just made me chuckled because of how crude of imitation it was.

Seller has apparently revised the listing. Nothing about polishing, now.

Did he not change anything else haha? I messaged him and had a talk to him about them being Chinese fantasy coins and sent him a link to this thread. Also told him that polishing is the worse thing you could do to a coin or offer to do. I just fair kinda dubious about the again part. Though selling a undeclared clean Chinesse fake is prob not more of a sin then selling a fake in the first part.
I just looked he revised the price down to my estimated max that he could get for them without deceiving people. He is probally just some kid or something.
