I am still trying to learn what to look for in DD coin. Is the image I posted an example of "notching". BTW it's on a 2015 LC.(reverse)

To me it looks like notching. BU coins are always hard for me with my eyesight. My diabetes has really hurt the quality of my sight.

When Images are taken too close up, then nothing may appear as something. So if you are using more than 10X, then you are using over using over kill on magnification. So if it can't be seen at 10X, them most avid collectors will pass them by. The best way to tell if they are collectable is that the devices will be enlarged a bit. So when taking images, make sure to include at least 3-5 devices per image. That way we will have a better reference point to see if it is collectable or not.
