I believe this coin may have a doubled eye and eyelid. I also think there is a die chip in that area of the coin. I welcome your feedback.

The were a hit by an edge of another coin across the eye area. This may have rolled the metal over on that area. At the bottom edge it looks like part of the normal design with a bit on contact also?
