I pulled this out of a roll a few weeks ago, I can't tell if its a die break or something else, ive never seen anything quite like it before

It looks like extreme regular wear to me, but I need better pics.

I can see jagged lines around the edges in some spots, but with the size of the pics its hard to tell what caused them. With the amount of wear I don't know if you would be able to tell for sure.

looks like an odd lamination on the Rev and some form of Cud on the Obv...not sure though

I don't think lamination or Cud. I think a damaged coin from rolling around in the back of a commercial dryer...believe it or not.

Even if that's not the exact cause, I highly doubt the coin to be a true error...looks like damage.
