This one doesn't look like a RPM to me. The direction of the SE part of the mint mark tells me it is die wear. (happened a lot this year because of the steel on steel dies and planchets causing heavy die wear.

There is an example of a similar thing on coppercoins:

Note the die wear in the same direction? The RPM is on the top loop of the mint mark. The bottom part of the mint mark just shows die wear on that area. (no mention of it on the RPM description)
Note similar die wear on the 943 of the date in the same direction on the OPs coin.
