Hi, I'm hoping you can help me.
I have an older black grey & white paper one hundred dollar note with serial number ZJJ 531461. Is there any information that you know about regarding any misprints at the time this note was printed? I ask this as on the note I have, the bottom right hand side serial number is split in two, the first 6-7 digits being on the bottom rhs & the last 7-9 digits are on the bottom left hand side. The 7th digit is actually half on the right & half on the left.
Im curious to how this might have happened. Its like somehow the note has caught back round on itself perfectly during the printing process. The misprint being the reason I held onto it & put it away many years ago.
Thanks for any info you can offer to me regarding this.
