XF40 technical grade, VF35 eye appeal. The obverse has some interesting cracks going on. There's always demand from type set collectors, $40 seems reasonable.

Unless you want to upgrade this one looks OK as a decent type coin. I'd expect you could sell it for more than $40 and you could then put that money towards a finer example.

It's a nice example, my first impression is XF. Is it in a 2x2? Hard to tell what the surface looks like.
