Struggled with this one a little. Reverse markers look ok but obverse markers are not as clear. My initial concern was about the mm placement, but I think it is good. It also has a 10-15 degree rotation on the reverse.

Die scratches on the reverse on AMERICA looks like a match for that die.

Knowing what to look for on the serifs are what I always check for, even if it is real minor.
