Got a usb microscope and the program that came with it (cooling tech) does not work does anyone know of a generic program that will work out

Nyfireman first welecome you may need to go to there sight. down load there free software. I already went and checked there site. they have a free download there. I had purchased a canon camera once. there software would not upload. went to canon site uploaded there latest version. that all it took. so you may need to go and get there latest version. hope that works for you have a great one. look like a great unit.

I've downloaded a program called ProScope. its free and works great with my microscope.
