My grandmother left me a bracelet with lots of coins attached...one of them is a canadian penny, seems silver, from 1956...I can't find any info about this. I would be really interested to see if there are others out there like it, or if they were made for some specific purpose (jewelry?). Many thanks

milarepa85 welcome to the forum. question anyone born in 56 in your grandmother family. this coin sounds like a plated coin. to celebrate a birth or a special event. this is a possibly or it is something see found.

milarepa85 take some pictures and share them here. resize your images to 200mb. post them let the group see this coin that might help. that way you will get and answer
