Pacificoin Pillar of the Community Canada 5394 Posts	Posted 02/14/2016 01:45 am Reflected in the numbers. They have no way of knowing what roll hoards turn up, unless someone blabs about them. IE no one in there right mind would do what the Eastern Canada dealer came out with a few years ago and made it front page news in CCN.
