still a nice find

The mint mark appears normal maybe some distortion from the die flow but you have found a coin that is off center by a little bit - enough that I would keep it as a part of the design appears to be cut off.

the rim of the coin is larger on the top portion of the coin and on the opposite below the rim is missing

Are the reeds missing on the outside rim? To me it looks like it was altered a bit. If so it should be light in weight.

It doesn't appear that there is enough rim at 8 to 2 to make up for the closeness of the strike to the edge at 3 to 8. Any chance we could get a close shot of the edge near the date?
