Casino is going to (pending approval) let me buy bags of quarters, halves, and dollars.
They offer free coin machine (you get chips in return).
What do you guys think, will I strike out? Or do you think people are desperate enough to cash in those old rolls in the sock drawer?

If it's legit and gets approved I think you could be in a hot zone... My friend worked the cash room at a casino and he'd monthly get people cashing in Morgan's or silver dollars for chips and that was in 2008-09 range. Good luck!!

Ok where do I need to travel Atlantic city or Las Vegas ? I live 4 hours from AC. Hopefully you score some nice stuff down the line.

If these are bags from a coin machine like coinstar they may reject silver coins hope you get lucky

Very nice! Something similar just happened to me. I know a manager at a local supermarket. I casually asked him if I could buy all their halves. They only had $10 in halves, but he was glad to sell them to me. I got a 40% just in those few coins. Sure enough, he said they'll keep their half bags for me to buy!

I will be getting quarters, halves and dollars - they aren't $1000 bags but $500 as the workers were complaining about weight of $1000.
It takes my contact awhile to fill up the halves and dollars but I'll get them next week!
