It might be a die gouge or a die crack. I can't see for sure on this one. But the value is the same as it says on the reverse of the coin.

Coop - Thanks. It looks like a die scratch(or weak gouge) and appears to run partially across the side of his head too. I thought it was neat because it appears Lincoln has been impaled(I know its kinda morbid) through the head (LOL!)
