I see faint abrasion marks on this coin, on Kennedy's cheek and jawline and behind the eye. These are the high points and are the first areas to show friction. It's likely just from rubbing against the next coin in the roll, rather than from circulation wear, but IMO this evidence of friction would limit the grade to AU-58.
Based on the image, and assuming most of the "marks" are from the slab, I would give this an MS-63. It could go higher, but the toning on the coin makes it look cloudy, and detracts from the eye appeal to me.
I think this coin will grade pretty high, there's not alot of marks on the obverse and the reverse looks very well struck with a clean shield. I would grade this coin MS-65, and a nice one at that.
