Ms63/64 marks in the fields is what keeping it down in my opinion

AU58, slider MS, visible wear on rock and shoulder feathers, wear on hair and cap, light circulation rub in the fields.

Middle feathers on the right wing on Reverse is easiest place to detect breaks in the design and circulation rub, which this one does display. AU-58.

CCF (sadly) hits it on the head...PCGS 58. I thought it was going to squeak out a 62!
