Got this one at a very reasonable price so I didn't mind the scrub on the cheek. The rim screams MS and I can't see any wear on the leaves but the jewels in the crown aren't fully formed. Wondering if this is a weak strike MS or a high grade circ.

It looks cleaned to me, but other than that, it does look MS. A lower end MS. Not so great a strike
