Hi, I found this 1988 p dime through coin roll hunting and was wondering if this is a error coin or PMD?

What does vlds die struck mean? Is this a common error?

Some collectors call this type of extremely late die stage(vlds) an Orange Peel because of its orange peel-like appearance.

Here is a breakdown of normal production dies and die state populations:

Note that the VLDS coin population could be as high as 350,000. So there would be no premium for these.
