OK, it's in an infamous NNC holder and graded MS-67 "Red", but this does look like a very nice Indian Head cent and I'm wondering how people would grade it.

It looks BU and I don't see any cleaning marks.

(This is assuming, of course, that it has not had its color artificially altered, but I'm miserable at trying to detect that.)

Looks like an un-altered MS65 coin, but, there are several spots on the surfaces, and I have been burned on an altered color grade!
Rest in Peace

Color looks good but grade is much closer to 65 Red.

IMO, it does look 67RD nice looking coin, I know NNC doesn't usually get the coins right but, I think they did in this case.

maybe it is too early for me to be examining coins, but I see wear/weakness on the feather tips, I would avoid it.

Agreed, at best. The reverse appears much nicer and more lustrous than the obverse.
