Notice the clash on the nose and mouth. Never seen one in this location before.

Nice very cool clash, awhile back a lot of these were considered DDO's then all the hot lips turned out to be just clashes. I remember because I had just found one then a week or so later they were no longer DDO's



stoneman227 had a real cool 1971-D on here somewhere I will look for the link

Wow. That overlay really does a lot to help me understand where this clash came from and the parts of the reverse that did clash on the obverse die. Very informative.
