If it's off-center at all it's an error, but I don't believe that one is off-center enough to carry any kind of premium value.

Thanks for the info, I have a few dimes like that and a few nickels.

I was just curious if they were worth hanging onto.

I personally hang on to all that kind of stuff. My wife lovingly refers to it as my "pack rat" mentality.

If the reverse of that coin is normal, it is not an off center dime. One sided is caused by misaligned dies and only has a premium when part of the design is missing.

The back is normal, so it's a misaligned die. No design is missing.
