Looks like Feeder Finger Damage on the left. Clash marks under the monument and that vertical column has me stumped?

It is beyond the Memorial design and nothing similar in the first bay. So I'm seeing a die polish scratch on the field in that area. Note the polishing weakness at the bottoms of the 1st and 2nd column base. That tells me the die was over worked on that area. There is Feeder Finger Damage and a clash mark still showing at the center-left base area. Kind of looks like they were trying to remove the Feeder Finger Damage and the clash marks.
