This 1983 has a nice strike through in the second bay of the memorial. The Y from liberty is very clear.

Looks like a die clash to me. The Y from LIBERTY.

What causes the die clash?

Die clashes are caused by the two dies hitting each other without a planchet between them. This clash event damages the dies which then transfer the clash to all subsequently struck coins.
