These Newfoundland Cents like yours can commonly be found in one or two dollar dealer junk boxes.

I agree with SPP-Ottawa, and the reasons for it.
That PMD clip must have been done a long time ago because of the even patination which covers everything.

I would keep in in a cardboard 2x2, noting on it those reasons how this clip came about.
