My SUBJECTIVE view is that the coin has low eye appeal due to the uneven, blotchy gray toning on the obverse compared to the somewhat more attractive reverse. May be long term album storage, which would explain the reverse, but does not have what I would expect in the way of album toning. I'd rather see it blast white or with peripheral color toning. Just not a fan of this particular type of gray toning on higher grade coins -- to each his/her own...still a nice coin and almost entirely problem free.
