Can't tell if all the scratches are on the coin or the plastic s it's a little difficult to grade. To be on the conservative side I'm going to say AU-58.

slab is pretty scratched up should I take it out. Not graded just says its is uncirculated and authentic.
What is the best way to break open a slab without damaging coin?

AU level, possibly dipped-out.

AU55
Old dies would not cause the marks on the face as the marks are circulation rub. Worn dies on a Morgan will cause a soft strike that often resulted in lack of details in the breast feathers and hair above ear.

Eagles breast feathers are almost gone, can't see this one going over AU-53. Looks details to me, cleaned/dipped.
