I'm clueless with this one...

Machine double maybe? Or is there a possibility doubled die?
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

most pictures are very hard to tell, but a few look like MD since the devices are reduced in size/thickness

Thank you to both of you. The God is what made we wonder. I get so thrown off
with the machine double and doubled die. I'm getting much better thought with the die deteration and a few others - so there's still hope yet.

I have a question though what's the difference with small date and the large date?

Ahhhh I think it must be the thickness Fuzzy317! Looking
at that link the small looks thinner to me. Mine definitely has
this thickness and I love the looks of them, but I'll be the first
To admit I have a hard time with telling the difference between the machine doubled and doubled die which I always hate pass it aside without asking someone. Thank you for the link...

That's probably the toughest thing to grasp. You have to think of it from the die's point of view. You already know incused on the die is relief on the coin, and vice versa. Now think, if you are the die, and you have wear on a particular area...how will that affect the coin?
Now think again, you are the die and have been made with doubling on you...How will that affect the coin?

That's the best explanation of the large and small date I've ever seen for that date. Copied to my search list. Thank you.
