1898-O Morgan Dollar, Not Needed, But Definitely Wanted. Iga. Grade?

But I've always wanted one of these IGA Photo Certificates to go with my ANACS examples, and this was too good of a deal to pass up. It's an 1898-O Morgan, of course; VAM-5 MDS(?) (obverse cracks present, but can't see the crack from the mint mark to ribbon w/seller pics.) IGA's grade is optimistic, in my opinion, but I'll throw it out here for CCF to discuss. What do you think IGA graded it, and how would you grade it today, 23 years later?
