I noticed some doubling on the 9 of this 1966 penny. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed a double die?

Looks like a normal one from what I can see. Here is what the DDO for that year looks like:
1966-Cent-Double-Die
Note the inside loop of the 66 and the 'U' on TRUST for great pickup points. Also the eyelid is doubled.

IMO it's Strike Doubling; not a DDO.
