Not sure if this is allowed here. please move if necessary.

My wife and I are saddened by the lose of our Boston Terrier, Rowdy. We got him over 10 years ago as a puppy. He was the runt. He passed away early this morning unexpectedly in our arms.

Since the kids have moved out our dogs have become like our kids...so this one hurts.

I just really needed to tell someone. Thanks for reading Mont.

I hear you on that, it does hurt, sorry.
We made a photo album with all the happy times with our pets. This helped a lot.

My condolences.

We lost my wife's dog in 2013 and I just lost my dog last month. I know the pain, it is no fun at all.
Rest in Peace

I'm sorry for your loss. My pets are like family members to me so I can understand the sadness and grief.

I hope you can find some joy in your memory of your beloved pup.

Sorry for your loss. I understand, we have a cat that has been with us for 18 years and is failing in health but still with us. I know we face the same thing at some point.

All of our pets are with us through thick and thin.

Max passed away December 27, 2015. Miss him terribly....every day.

Friend said, "I hope people care as much about me, as we have, when it was Max's time to cross the Rainbow Bridge".

Sorry for your loss.

Dogs are pack animals.
That is why they so easily become part of a family, and why their loss hurts so much.

So very very sorry for your loss! My heart is breaking for you and your wife.

We lost our beloved Princess on Sept 29th at the ripe age of 19 1/2
She was a cat but had every "dog" quality perfected...except the bark.

hugszzzz

We Love them so very much ..... I am so sorry for your loss and it brings tears to my eyes ..... I lost my golden 9 years ago and still miss him dearly ..... Take care:

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I am so sorry for your loss. I'll pay for you and your family in these hard times. I haven't had kids yet, but my Chihuahua Hoss is my son. So I completely understand.
