Can't tell if those are scratches on the reverse. Out of the 2x2 would be better, for some more clear pics of the obverse and reverse. VG-10 by the pics, might be F-12.

It's cat hairs. Coin has no scratches. Didn't bother with out of 2x2 given the low grade but can reshoot it.

@ T-BOP, no not really but, I'll bet with clearer and sharper photos and, removed from the 2x2, you can see LIBERTY.

I have to call it VG-10 ,There is a lot of wear on obverse. reverse not that bad.
