Interesting 1960-D Lincoln Cent Die Chips

I got a full roll 1960-d I am only 2 coins in and I see some odd ones coming without loupe... I will share the weirdos or cool finds here.

The fist picture looks like a die crack in the 6. I don't see anything with the second picture other than some PMD.

Just a couple of small date "D" cents. One with a chip. I see nothing special about these. One has a die chip.

There might be another die chip on the inside hook of the 6 on the 2nd one as well

That is just part of an engraving enhancement on the master die. Now it serves as an indicator of the small dates to me:

Excellent post. I could not see anything "wrong" with the second picture either. I knew that nothing was wrong but did not know why. Now I do. Thanks John and Coop. Still Lookin.

I fixed pictures about half the roll 16 was die chipped .. I did not look for varieties yet at all. I got a bunch of 1960-d rolls last night and they all chips off the old block..
