Only 6 rolls had coins lower than 1982 and higher than 1997.
94 rolls in same type folded ends wrappers.
10 rolls 1982 large date copper.
10 rolls 1982 small date zinc.
10 rolls 1982 large date zinc.
10 rolls 1982 small date copper.
6 rolls 1983. 12 rolls 1984.
6 rolls 1985. 2 rolls 1986.
2 rolls 1987. 11 rolls 1988.
3 rolls 1989. 7 rolls 1993.
3 rolls 1995. 4 rolls 1997.
All 94 rolls are what I would call BU condition.
Any ideas. Dealers excess or presearched coins? No oddities found.

I'd be interested in a 1987 roll if you decide to sell/trade. It's a birth year roll.

Sounds like one of my date/roll stash. That is how I store mine. Searched, Yes Sorted, definitely. Bag, or two boxes?

Can you imagine what the answer would be if it was 1925-S
roll involved?
They would all be "D", if they were mine.

Hey Dick... I'm actually pretty impressed with you... Many 'older ones' are not fluent with computers at all, like my mum and dad... but you're 80+ and still be able to access a forum and post... !! I bet they couldn' do that..... I'm gonna make them learn now...

I'm not even *that* old, but it seems that I landed on an expensive birth year for coins...1970.

Appears you ran into one of thoes stored for a rainy day stashes. Possible since many people do just that. They put entire rolls away not intending this for numismatic purposes but just to have something for a rainy day. Then there is a layoff, need for cash, just bored with the pile of STUFF, etc. so they just take them to a bank and deposit or take cash in bills. I met someone that did that with Dimes. His parents saved rolls of Dimes since he was born for him when he would get married. He did get married and turned in the entire Dime hoard to a bank. Never looked at them. Ocationally a home invasion person robs coins and turns them into a bank. Sometimes people inherit rolls of coins and have no interest in collecting so then end up in a bank.
Lots of reasons and you are the happy one that ended up with them.
