Die-Gouges-Or-Cuds?

There is no dents or damage to the outside perimeter of the coin.
What would you call it, die gouges or Cuds?

Here's a better picture showing side of coin. No damage, and areas in question are raised on surface and rim.

Definitely not post mint damage. They are raised, which means the damage was in the die and was struck into the coin.

They are die gouges.
