Is it attached? If it is a chip, it is part of the reason the large date dies were created.

It doesn't look like a die chip. That is why I asked? Check to see if a toothpick can remove it or not. If you can see at the bottom the area in question, if that is no seam under that area. that might help as well. If you can see there is no seam, then it maybe a chip.

you are Correct! Awesome with toothpick and pressure it did popped off it is same coin metallic stuff but was not a chip just land on die scratches and stuck was on there pretty good but a few good pushes

phone with loupe was hard to film but worked

half popped off

The shape didn't connect to an edge of the device like a chip would do. Another mystery solved.

Another lesson learned. Can see the die scratch that ran underneath the spec. Thanks, Doug.

edit: die scratch seems to have been hidden underneath.
