I am trying to find out how many 1/10 oz. gold Philharmonics were minted in 2007. I have looked on ebay and I cannot even find one for sale? I see one 2006 for sale but the seller wants a whopping $265.00 for it! Can anyone offer any information on these coins and their mintages? Thanks

Typically, more than 50,000 proofs are made each year.
That is the maximum number at which the Austrian Mint thinks the market will bear, on an annual basis.

More profits for the Mint, not the collector!
