I'd tend to go more MS60 with the size and location of the gouge, it doesn't look like a scratch, but from the photos it's a tough call, more like bag contact with another coin. If so that would negate any details, however, the coin is only worth what uruman paid - melt value unfortunately, as a
VAM it is almost unsaleable to a another collector, IMHO.
