MS62 seems right. Now find the later die state VAM 29A. That one is even more of a mess.

MS-63 details, but the large scratch will effect the overall grade.

I think that scratch limits it to MS-62 and might relegate it to a details grade if the grader is having a bad day.

i think 62 also and it may details due to the scratch. its in a high profile location and would be weighted heavier than in a lower profile area.

MS-61. Generally speaking, the lowest two MS grades in away are "details", and silver dollars by far have these the most. The luster is rather dull in addition.
